Browsers send a blocked "null" origin for API requests made from local files, which most servers and CORS proxies reject outright — independent of network, VPN, or ad-blocker settings. This is very likely why every request is failing identically.

Fix — serve it over a real local address instead of double-clicking it:
1. Open a terminal in the folder containing this file.
2. Run: python3 -m http.server 8000 (Python is preinstalled on macOS/Linux; on Windows use python -m http.server 8000)
3. In your browser, go to http://localhost:8000/cot-tracker.html instead of opening the file directly.
